Can this be used for metal baseboard heater?
For metal baseboard heaters, the Tremclad oil-based paint is recommended. It has a higher heat threshold than its waterbased counterpart.

Can this paint be tinted to match any colour.
Tremclad Waterbased Tint Base can be tinted to 51 different colors. I cannot, however, be custom-matched.
