Constructed for de-icing residential roofs. Prevents ice dams from forming on cold roof overhangs. Provides path for water to flow along eaves trough, preventing ice and icicle build-up. Keeps down-spouts open and assures drainage. Plugs in a standard exterior plug. Includes: 1 cable with shingle clips and spacers. Option: RS-1, automatic control. 2-year warranty.

Is there heating cables for metal roofs?
For metal roofs, we recommend our PSR cables, however our ZHC roof clips will not adhere to most metal roofs because in most cases, there isn't anything to fasten them to. There may be other clips available that can be applied to a metal roof, otherwise, an adhesive would need to be used.

Can I install this on a flat membrane roof ??
Hi, the ADKS cables should never be installed on flat roofs, metal roofs, and other types of roofs except
non-combustible asphalt tab shingles.
