I would not buy this fan again. I have 2 of them, one is 4 years and the other is 1 year. I used it to heat my office in winter and cool in summer.. thought that was the best thing ever. My 4 year fan has now gotten an error message and it will no longer work. only way to turn off is to pull plug. Pay a lot for these fans.. that is not the performance i would expect. it is a known issue with Dyson

Très, très dispendieux pour un ventilateur. Je dirais même que c'est ridicule de payer ce montant. Il n'y a pas de filtre sur ce produit, après un certain temps il deviendra très bruyant même à basse vitesse. Je l'ai utilisé seulement dans ma chambre à coucher.
Je regrette d'avoir mis autant d'argent pour un ventilateur.

What a fan!
I absolutely love this fan! It provides a great air flow, similar to a light breeze by the ocean rather than having your hair blown all over the place.
I see it as a bit of a luxury item and I think you'll love it if you can afford it.
I however don't think you will like it so much if you have to break the bank and pay for the fan by installments while expecting it to operate the way an air conditioner does because you spent all of your money. Once again this is just a fan but a really good one you will appreciate if you enjoy luxury.

Excellent Product
Quiet performance cools our townhouse D/R L/R area. Sleek look, fits in with the decor. Purchased 2 more for upstairs level bedrooms. (Had we seen the 12" model, would have purchased it for the main level mentioned. HUGE ADVANTAGE -- central air cooling was not necessary during a recent heatwave, wonderful to have cool air and leave windows slightly open. We're keeping note of our new way of air cooling comfort and SAVINGS.

Great Fan - Bright Light
This fan is amazing - quiet with excellent air flow (even on the lowest setting), perfect for a bedside table and a cool night's sleep or anywhere the air needs cooling. The remote is also sleek and effortless to use. However, like other reviewers, I'm not sure why it's been designed with such a bright display light that casts a significant glow throughout the space. If it's used so often for sleeping, it seem so contradictory to have such a bright display light. I'm keeping the fan because it's superior to anything else out there and my sleep has improved considerably, but c'mon Dyson, you've heard this so many times - dim the light or include an 'off' function for the display on the remote. I've had to cover the display the light.
