Love my Dyson V10!
This cordless Dyson V10 is awesome! The cordless feature makes it easy and a joy to vacuum. My floors have never been so clean. The battery lasts a long time and the wall charger allows you to hang the unit back up and it immediately starts charging. You have to empty the bin often but it is user friendly and there's no bags, no mess. The stick has excellent suction and can reach most any space that needs vacuuming. The attachments are superbly designed to get the cleaning done. It's a pricey unit but worth every dollar!

I love it & it works well, but the battery life it’s the best during continuous hard floor cleaning. I get 12 minutes, at best.

This vacuum really sucks! In a good way!
I'm amazed at how much this vacuum picks up. I have dogs and I fill the canister every other day. If I was using my old vacuum with a bag, I would be changing the bag every other day. I really love the extra attachments too. It's the quickest and easiest way I've found to clean dog hair off of my furniture. The ease of cleaning the vacuum and the cordless option is a plus. This is my new favorite vacuum!

Love/Hate Relationship, mostly dislike
I bought this vacuum with the hopes of loving it, after using it, I quickly realized that wouldn't happen. It picks up dirt just fine & I really loved the cord free aspect. However, the battery took 4 hours to charge so keep in mind this would work best in a small space or a light cleaning in a normal size house. The weight distribution was also an issue for me. Having the weight at the top exacerbated wrist issues along with having to constantly engage the trigger. The trigger is nice for a quick on/off but it's also a pain to constantly hold in place as you vacuum. I am returning this but Dyson customer service has been stellar so far, so I will consider purchasing a more traditional style Dyson vacuum instead.

Great so far
I’ve only had this about three weeks, but I’m very pleased so far. My daughter has one for her small apartment and I really liked it. When I saw this on sale at Costco, it was an impulse buy, but I’m glad I purchased it. I had been wanting to replace my 15 year old Black & Decker cordless and I thought this would be a good replacement. The first time I used it, it only lasted about 10 minutes, but I was using it on the highest power. Once I read the directions and used the lowest power setting, I’ve been able to vacuum all my tile areas with power to spare. The pet hair attachment works great for cat hair on rugs and furniture. I’m not using this as my main vacuum, as I would never expect a cordless vacuum to be able to clean an entire house. However, it works great for keeping the tile floors clean between housekeeper visits. You will have to buy additional hardware for the mounting bracket if you’re hanging it on drywall. Overall I am very pleased with his vacuum and I’m glad I purchased it. I would recommend it to anyone as their main vacuum for a small living space, or for larger homes, for convenient, quick pick ups between major cleanings.

I can’t believe how much dirt this vacuum picks up. The first time I used it I couldn’t believe how much I picked up. The second time it was almost equal. I guess my old Dyson wasn’t working well for a while. After a month I’m finally getting a normal amount. Now vacuuming is so easy I vacuum 2 times a week. Just love it.
