Waste of money
I bought this back in July expecting it to be a great vacuum, but only a few months in I'm constantly having issues with it and It dosen't work. I'm disappointed.

Our second Dyson by far the best vacum
We love our Dyson the warranty is excellent they send a box you send the vacume to them at their cost
They repair everything replace anything slightly worn. It is our second and first one still working g after 6 years

Nice Vacuum
I bought this to replace my old Dyson Ball. The two are very similar, but this one has even stronger suction than the original. I am not having the trouble of not being able to move the vacuum over my carpet, as some reviewers have said. The amount of dirt that this vacuum sucks up every time is truly incredible and I really feel like it's giving my apartment a good clean. I do think that it should have come with the flat out floor tool for getting under beds, couches and other furniture that the regular head can't reach. I will be ordering that tool and I really feel that it should be standard with such an expensive vacuum. Also, I find the wand harder to pull out from the vacuum than my original model. I'm hoping it gets easier as the hose "loosens" up. For these reasons, I have given the vacuum a four star rating rather than five. But I am happy with the vacuum and its performance thus far and I would recommend it.

Heavy and Difficult to Move
I just bought this vacuum based on reputation. I'm disappointed that it is difficult to use on our carpet. The suction is strong but to push and pull the unit, it takes an unusual amount of strength. I'm not sure if there's a way to change the height of the carpet setting or not. If there are only two settings, we won't be able to use this.

Best vacuum I've ever owned
My old vacuum cleaner broke and my house was dusty for a year. I couldn't stand using a broom and dustpan because it would always leave a line of dirt behind. I picked this thing up a week ago. Literally I only had to take a few passes on my low pile rug and boy did it clean it so well. I was able to clean all of the dirt and dust from my floors and above floor surfaces. Buy this machine!!

Excellent vacuum
This is the second one I am buying in almost 5 years. Had to take the first one to my basement. Needed a new one and the choice was simply to buy another Dyson. Vacuums really great. Although can be heavy to use for me but I absolutely love it and will buy it over again
