Make flush cuts in a variety of woods, composites and others with this Dremel ultra saw flush cut blade. The wheels have a dome shape to allow flush cuts up to 3/4 in. This wood flush cut blade measures 4 in L. It features a carbide material that retains cutting edge at high machining temperature.

Does What It Says It Will
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter borrowed my Ultra-Saw and used this to trim her baseboards to install laminate flooring. The guard on the saw rides along the floor and the blade cuts horizontally. It worked the way it was advertised. I docked it one star only because the cutting medium tends to get clogged up, since the blade does not have separate teeth, per se, like a carbide-tipped blade would. Otherwise, we were quite pleased with the results.

Ultra Saw - Convenient and powerful wood cutting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very helpful blade for the battery powered Ultra Saw, for quick access for outside and inside jobs without connecting a power cord. The blade does a fast clean wood cut, it could also be used for setting up hunting stands and clearing trees around the stand.

Great Cut Off Wheel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cut Off Wheel works great when you need to make flush cuts into wood. It keeps a sharp edge after many cuts and is very easy to change out for other blades when needed. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice Option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked very well. Used in place of my oscillating tool and worked as a good alternative. Not sure of longevity, but initially it had little issue cutting wood out of the packaging. Will be looking for more opportunities to employ this option.

Versatile, Clean and Accurate Flush Cutting Blade.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To determine the cutting characteristics of the Dremel US600 Ultra-Saw Wheel for flush cutting I decided to do a few tests. I first wanted to determine the minimum cut height above a floor, or above the radial flush cutting guide edge. As shown in the photos, my minimum cut height above a floor or flush cut reference was .165 inches. The carbide cutting surface measured from .067 to .075 inches thick and created a fairly smooth clean cut width of .081 inches. I measured the maximum cutting depth to be .79 inches.
To determine what minimum radius the saw may cut, I found that with the cut depth set just deep enough to cut through .375 plywood that a radius of less than 10 could be cut without binding. See photos for actual measurnents.
When using the US600 Flush Cut blade, the pilot notch on the base plate does not properly align with the blade. Using a straight edge positioned on the outer blade surface, I scribed a line into the plate to indicate the center of the cut. With the scribed guide I was able to make accurate and straight cuts. A flush cut guide notch labeled FC may be something for Dremel to consider adding.
I also tested the cutting speed through 3/8" plywood and from a video, I determined that 8 inches can be cut in less than 9 seconds without bogging down the saw. Unfortunately I am unable to attach the video.
I am impressed with how cleanly and easily the US600 cuts plywood, and that there is no visible wear on the carbide edge. For non-flush cutting applications, the US500 saw should provide similar results.

Does the job and does it well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this blade to break down pallets and small pieces of wood to build a little bunny box. It worked well, and as expected. There are a number of blades available for the UltraSaw which is very convenient! It does seem a tad expensive for a blade, but it does the job and it does it well. It would have been nice to have a few years ago when we did our floors!

Perfect for flush cutting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Found this to be great when trying to get a flush cut. I made a work bench that part of the the back did not line up flush, I used this blade to make it flush without cutting into the rest of the bench, so much nicer than trying to cut from the other side and hoping the line was right.

Great solid blade, that will last for a fair time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is what I have come to expect from Dremel. A superior cutting blade that will hold up for a okish time. I use it in remodeling and recommend it for every wood, plastic and vinyl cutting need, It is very useful for cutting away old flooring flush to the wall. The only issues that was kind of a let down was, The price was a bit high for the blade, I feel like I didn't get my money's worth in duration of use wise, but for productivity, 100% got my money's worth
