Description
Use this Dremel wire brush surface for polishing and cleaning surfaces. It has a diameter of 1/8 in. This stainless steel wire brush is strong, durable and doesn't cause after-rust when used on corrosive material. With a 1/8 in shank diameter, the wire brush fit tightly into the rotary tool for better handling. Use this surface cleaning brush for cleaning, polishing and deburring surfaces.

Restoring the past
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dremel products are so handy for restoration projects. There may be cheaper imitations, but the old adage is true – you get what you pay for. Other products never measure up to Dremel quality. I am in the process of restoring a metal Hubley airplane toy from the 1960’s. Removing rust and old paint are necessary before applying a new coat of paint. The hard-to-reach areas are no problem for the 448 Stainless steel brush set. Given the fact that the toy is sixty years old, one needs to be gentle with the metal parts and the 448 set handles the job with expertise. The Hubley P-40 will look brand new when finished.

If you want quality, but real Dremel products.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used these to clean up some lightly rusted tools I had been neglecting. I was running them at a lower speed so as to not take off too much material or mess up the finish on the tools. They took all the surface rust off and seemed to hold their condition compared to cheap knock offs that don't last 5 minutes. Trust me, I've bought the HF stuff and it's junk. These are so much better material and quality.

Durable Brushes

Car Detailing

Light job champ!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean and polish a kitchen knife set. The unsightly marks came off with ease and it appears that I'll be able to get a few more uses of the brush set. They didn't wear down much, most likely due to the surface that it was being used on. The knife surfaces were smooth. On a rough surface the wear of the brushes may have been more pronounced. I like these brushes and they will definitely be used again.

Great for rust!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as well as the carbon steel brushes and saw they were recommended for removing rust, and what better test than my project truck. The carbon steel brushes worked decent, but the stainless did a far superior job! The photos speak for themselves in the speed in which these quickly cleared down to bare metal. I will say for something as large as a truck, these may not be the ideal tool for the job just due to the size. However, if you have something smaller, these will certainly do the job quickly and efficiently.

Awesome Brush Set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brush set 448 from dremel really helped me out. The terminals on my car battery were getting some what rusty and I used the 448 brush set to see how well it would do cleaning the terminals. I was really surprised on how well of a job the set did. I can't recommend enough on how useful the set is.

GREAT DESIGN!! FANTASTIC Small Size
I bought a bunch of these!! I used then to POLISH out.... Rebuild 40 year old water valves & faucet parts in my parents House....I loved it!! I was a maintenance manager... NO!! Time to replace these valves then Had to fix 1 at a Time.
