nice door but.....
I like the shower door very much. the only thing I would change is that there is no knob on the inside to open the door with. There's only a little nub to grip to side the door open when you are inside the shower. I called the company and they didn't have any knobs that I could substitute. I ended up buying a square knob from another vendor that worked out pretty good. My contractor did have a bit of a time installing the door. Lots of parts

Excellent shower door with one or two exceptions
I recently had my bathroom refreshed and decided to select the DreamLine Essence shower door. I ordered the door online and did have some delivery issues that had to be worked through because a full sized tractor trailer could not deliver to my address. Be aware of this when ordering online. The shower door was installed by my contractor so I cannot personally attest to the ease of installation although I'm not aware that they had any great difficulty other than 2 people were absolutely necessary. The glass shower doors are heavy and substantial and the overall look is very sleek, modern and minimal as expected. My one complaint is that I do have water droplets escaping the shower onto the floor splashing out from underneath the sliding doors. The VERY low profile bottom rail is not enough to prevent this especially with a center ceiling rain showerhead in addition to a wall showerhead. Lastly I would not recommend this door for showers that would be used by children as I need to be very careful and easy particularly when closing the inner door.

Instructions need some work
The Instructions on page 7 Step 2 say to cut the Upper Guide Rail 1/4 shy of the finished opening width. We did this - it did not fit - too long, had to grind it down to fit, thus hacking up the finish. Writing this before the glass even gets installed so I can't tell you how we like it overall except I will have to look at scratched up Top Rail

6 Months -- Still Great
We had this door installed 6 months ago and at the time I sent in a review saying that I love the product. After 6 months, I'm still saying that. I think it's one of the best products I've ever ordered. Beautiful clean lines, simple in operation.

Looks Amazing Love this Door!
My wife picked out this door and we had the door professionally installed (he said it was very easy to install). The result is fantastic. The bathroom is completely updated now and totally transformed. Great quality door. Recommend and would definitely buy DreamLine again for the other room.

Surprisingly simple installation
I was expecting the installation instructions to be frustrating. The entire installation was surprisingly simple and I installed this by myself. The only additional tool required was a pair of strong suction cup handles for moving the glass panels.
