Service après vente décevant
J’ai acheter cette douche en février. Nous n’avons ouvert la boite contenant les portes qu’en fin mai car nous attendions que le contracteur soit rendu à cette étape et on ne voulait surtout pas briser les vitres! Quand on a ouvert on a constaté que deux poteaux étaient croches. Comme il était clairement indue de ne pas contacter Rona mais bien Dreamline en cas de problème, j’ai écrit et envoyé des photos. Bien que les deux poteaux pouvaient s’enlever sans problème (deux vis), ils devaient m’envoyer la vitre au complet et m’indiquaient que le transport serait de 300$US! On a réussi à détorde lesdits poteaux et rien n’y parait. La douche est très belle. Morale de cette histoire, si vous achetez cette douche, ouvrez la boîte dès la réception pour vous assurer que tout est ok!
