I paid $77.24 for each wheel, total paid $154.48 plus the extra tax

The picture shows a two pack but they only send you one wheel. So it is $ 77 plus tax for half of what is illustrated in the ad.

Can Lowe’s please answer the question above. The photo shows 2, the description shows nothin under “ contents”. $99 for a single is way out of line.
I waited over 6 weeks for it. It finally arrived and I discovered that it is only one wheel. I will be returning it.
