Purchased because it mentioned they were foam filled.
They are Not foam filled.

Incorrect Specification
Ordered 4 of these floats from Lowes.ca and they shipped hollow floats. I managed to get hold of their customer service via Twitter DM to resolve, but since the summer is short, and vacation even shorter, I decided to use these floats on my dock. Lowes customer service promised to update the online listing but apparently they have not done it yet.
I decided to keep the floats for my dock as I couldn’t wait for weeks for new floats to get delivered. I should have as these floats don’t perform well. The bottom of the float pushes in reducing the float volume and capacity as a result.
Giving 2 stars, just because Lowe’s Twitter person was actually helpful.

The pruduct title was all a LIE no foam to be seen
Purchased thinking it was foam filled like the title said was very disappointed. bought online and needed to install that following week and they already showed up a week late so had no choice but to use them. I could have purchased the more common plastic coated foam billets for much
less. The bar code sticker on them even says Howell empty dock float on them.
