Good Service, good product.
As advertised. Worked great 1st time. Product remote a little dodgy as you have to be right up close to the fireplace for it to work correctly but that is not the sellers fault. Phone call to the store before purchase gave us all of the correct information.

No clean up!
We have lived in the same house for 29 years and decided to overhaul our family room and its large masonry fireplace. The ash and smell of burning wood always bothered me, and after I extensively cleaned the fireplace both inside and out, and we replaced the fireplace doors I did not want to burn wood ever again. The Dimplex 25 inch Revilliusion is realistic and was a snap to assemble and install. It doesn't produce much heat, but I live in Florida so that is okay. We really enjoy having a "fire" now almost every day. We seldom used it before because it was such a dreadful chore to clean up. I recommend this electric log set if you have a masonry fireplace that you hardly use but would like to.

Warm realistic looking fireplace log set
Nice realistic flames. Very light to carry and install. Didn't use the ash mat as it's not very realistic looking. This electric fireplace really adds a cozy ambiance to our family room. Remote is great to use. The whole unit is behind glass doors so you can't see the plastic reflector panel or hear the slight motor noise. Plugged in easily to the wall socket. A very good solution to empty wood burning fireplaces. The heater and fan seem effective, but we just use the flame effect. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it.
