Very little disappointed
Love the look. I purchased a Classic Flme fireplace a number of years ago. Bought the insert from same one 7-8 years later. Bought this one while height is perfect,does not fit width on both sides by 1 and half inch. Jerry rigged something to fit in. Thought All28 inches in width were same. Guess my error. Dan Pecucci

Not a bad fire place looks awesome! I bought it for the looks not to use the heat . Rich looking and I'm very happy with it. It pushes hot heat but I wouldn't recommend it for a big room .

Don’t buy!
I bought this 2 years ago, about 3 months ago the lights stopped working and now the heater doesn’t work. I guess some companies just don’t make products to last after the warranty.
