Description
The 6-inch high performance grinder with no lock-on features a 13 Amp motor, delivering 9,000 RPM for a variety of metal grinding and cutting applications. This grinder is part of the PERFORM & PROTECT(TM) product line with the Anti-Rotation E-CLUTCH(TM) System. This tool also features Dust Ejection System(TM) technology, which ejects damaging dust and debris particles that enter through the air intake vents.

- Anti-Rotation E-CLUTCHSystem activates in less than a tenth of a second when a pinch/stall is detected, shutting down the motor.

DeWalt lost their market edge with this grinder
We at Mar Quinn Industries bought the DWE28065 for many many years, but then they discontinued them, and started with these clutch grinders. They came with a worthless 6 inch covered guard, instead of the usual guard. The clutch system is very counter production oriented. We discontinued purchasing them and went back to Makita. Pity. We loved the DeWalts.
