Works for me!
I have ABUSED this compressor for 6 years now and it STILL runs!.
I use it to spray texture in rental properties.
WELL over the duty cycle!
It's pumped air for HOURS on end.
It IS a bit picky in cold weather and have had a few starting issues, but once warmed up, works great.
Runs all my nail guns, will run a small air ratchet... won't run the sanders, grinders or big impact guns well, but its a 350 dollar, 4 gallon compressor!...
Highly recommend for general use.

D 55154 really blows
I spent a paint can full of money on the Dewalt D 55145. I thought blowing things off was needed. Dewalt must have known that my needs were blowing stuff. I took it home plugged it in and nothing happened. No pump pump pump noises, no buzz no click ,absolutely nada. I found the thermo overload was popped and needed to be reset. From the purchase center to my home the air compressor popped it overload protection? You know Dewalt ain't finding defects and sending them on to the consumer? So I pushed in on the reset and it started making pressure and at 115 psi shut off . I blew off my work bench and as the pressure dropped to the cut in pressure the protection thermo switch popped again.
One time to blow my work bench off and I realized what I blew was MONEY.

Not the greatest
I purchased this to run my Dewalt framer. Starts up really hard. Doesn’t keep up with a slow pace. I definitely would not recommend this compressor

poor quality,
bought new , worked once then stopped. pressure switch bad. willing to replace myself but the part in no longer available. the plus side is it was quite and got up to pressure quickly. most of my tools are Dewalt and would not expect to get this type of quality from there products.

work horse
I have had this for. few years now, at least 5. it get lugged around, sits outside for weeks, never added any more oil, just plug in and go. every-time. I did nothing to maintain this and its still going strong. only this year the nuts and bolts started falling off. Ill be sorting that out soon and will change the oil. yes there is still lots, I don't know how because it would go for hours none stop, 2 guns and leaky hoses. you will run out of air if ur going fast while sheeting. but thats normal with a rig this size. all in all. It has worked out perfect for me. it is heavy but u can manage it on your own. Just not pulling up on scaffold.

Had it and just sold it
I bought this compressor 3 yrs ago, and barely used it because as soon as it cold outside, it doesn't want to start! Who really needs a compressor that is so fragile to the weather, even if it was in my garage

Nice compressor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this compressor for about two months now. Have used it 4 or 5 times. I haven't had any problems with it. It gets up to pressure quickly and maintains it. It's also much quieter than the compressor it replaced.
