Thoughtfully designed to make kitchen tasks easier, Touch2O(R) Technology allows you to turn the faucet on and off with just a touch anywhere on the faucet's spout or handle. Designed for precise, responsive control every time, no matter where you touch. You can easily control and change the water temperature above the deck using the faucet handle. All Touch2O(R) models are water-efficient, underlining Delta's commitment to conservation. The pull-down spray wand comes free with a gentle tug and gives you total flexibility. The hose extends and retracts without friction points, fed by gravity. As you raise the wand to dock it, the magnet embedded in the spout pulls the wand precisely into place.

Love the tap wish it was more consistent
After experiencing a touch faucet in a rental property, I decided to purchase one for my new house. However, I've encountered inconsistency with the touch feature, which can be quite frustrating. I'm currently unsure if there's a solution to this issue.

Great unit, but rust took over !!! No longer able to use it. I wish the materials to build this unit was tested by QC.

Initially great, but frustrating long-term
We first installed our Touch 20 faucet in 2016 and loved it for several years. However, this year the solenoid valve stopped working - Delta refused to replace it since they say there is only a 5-year warranty on electronic parts. We have also had the same issue others have noted with the components at the magnetic catch rusting - some pieces even fully corroded and broke off, and now the pull-down wand won't nest properly anymore - it hangs down and looks sloppy.
We are building a new house and were planning to get two Touch 20 faucets but after this experience - I don't think they are worth the premium cost, especially when Delta doesn't stand behind their product despite well-documented performance issues.

We purchased this faucet 1 year ago and it has completely rusted inside. The pull down portion of the faucet does not snap back in properly because of the rust causing the seal to push out.

Disappointed as I love the faucet
We renovated and upgraded our faucet 18 months ago. This faucet is spectacular, until it isn’t. We have no water flow, and sometimes none at all. The touch is no longer working, nor is the manual handle. Batteries replaced several times over the 18 months. This wasn’t a cheap faucet, so I feel reluctant to call a plumber and pay even more..
