Simply the best cameras available.
I've had these cameras installed for over a year now. I absolutely love them!
I am currently a police officer and formerly Iran a security business dealing in surveillance systems for businesses primarily. I sold and installed the surveillance systems. These cameras are as good or better than most of the systems I sold to businesses and for only a Fraction of the cost.
I can't recommend these highly enough. After showing other police officers these Amazing cameras, and the simple but full fearured app, many of them have installed them on their own homes and have thanked me for it.
As a police officer who's unit focuses on gangs, gun violence, and drugs, I am often threatened by gang members. My photo has been posted on social media by some of these individuals as a target. I say that to say, I take mine and my family's safety Very Serious! I will do anything or spend any amount of money to keep them safe. The Defender Guard cameras gives me and my family peace of mind knowing that no one, no car, no bicycle, Nothing can approach our house day or night without us knowing.
These cameras are the most bang for the buck you will find.
I trust them with the thing most dear to me, my family.

Good but one issue
I like all the easy features combined with the app on my phone. But when I take a single picture of a person & save you cannot zoom in on a face. It will not be clear & distinguishable.

Upgraded to Pro for human detection feature.
I have had the defender 4MP for a few years. I recently purchased the defender Pro. The human detection feature is very useful. I like the defender product because I do not need to sign up for monthly service fees. It stores videos on the internal memory card. It would be nice if the device could eliminate false detections from lightning or vehicle headlights passing by. I would recommend the product.
