Description
Topcrete resurfacing compound is a superior grade resurfacing mortar that's ideal for restoring damaged concrete surfaces and protecting them from damage and deterioration. This two-component system is made up of a powder mortar and latex with a high-acrylic content. This water-repellant product has excellent protective qualities including resistance to abrasion, freeze/thaw cycles, and de-icing salt. It's very easy to apply with a steel trowel or paintbrush.
