DAP(R) Bondex(R) Flexible Floor Patch and Leveler is a ready-to-use latex based product used to fill cracks, fasteners or knotholes, and level low areas in plywood subfloors or concrete surfaces. The Floor Patch and Leveler will remain flexible allowing the plywood subfloor to flex without cracking the filled-in areas.

Great product when used correctly
I recently redid part of my basement after discovering mold under carpet one on subfloor. About 1/2 of the Dricore subfloor panels had to be replaced. The new subfloor panels are unfortunately about 1/8” thinner than the old panels, creating a no tic level difference in height. This DAP product was just the right thing to eliminate the gaps and create a gentle unnoticeable slope. The product dries extremely hard, yet is still flexible and malleable. It feathers out very nicely and does not crack or break apart when applied thin. Sanding of dried product is possible, but extremely difficult. I used an orbital sander with 40 grit paper. So do it right the first time. I applied several thinner coats instead of one thick coat. The product is very granular and the finish feels pebbly and rough. I would not recommend painting directly over this product as the finish will be highly textured.
I have read several negative reviews of this product and almost all of them used this product for something other than its intended purpose. When used properly per instructions, it does a great job. I highly recommend it.
