Great looking lamp, excellent value
I bought this lamp after doing quite a bit of research — a large original artwork I had purchased (~45 inches wide) wasn’t properly illuminated in my bedroom and I wanted to properly view it. I was surprised by how pricey large picture lights were!
This model was contemporary and simple — and affordable so I gave it a try. It’s a great product: easy to install, sleek in appearance. It runs pretty hot for an LED, but on the other hand it’s output is very bright.
Because it’s in a bedroom, I decided to use the little yellow filter that comes in the package (don’t accidentally throw it away!). Once unrolled, you can slide it over the diffuser to lower the colour temperature of the lamp. I like warm, yellow lighting at home so I decided to use it, but as-is, out of the box the lamp light showed more accurately the colours of the painting. Your choice!
