Permanewcoat fast setting resurfacing mortar is the last step to repairing chips, cracks, and holes in concrete. This modified polymer compound is easy to apply on horizontal or vertical surfaces with a thickness ranging from 1/8 inch up to 1 inch. This resurfacing mortar is a great way to make cracked surfaces look new again. It also provides a durable topcoat. Once cured, Permanewcoat colour is light grey. You can also add a colourant to modify the original base colour. This product is specially formulated to resist exterior conditions, but it can also be used for interior resurfacing jobs such as basement floors.
