Only 2 wheel drive now
I bought this unit almost exactly a year ago and have lost the rear-wheel drive feature. When I first purchased it the control box was loose and the cable had slipped out. I repaired that myself, but now the back wheels don't drive at all? I should say that I'm a department manager for the store I purchased it from, and it came highly recommended. I'm honestly not very impressed by the quality.

Poor quality control.
The first lawnmower I received had a missing wheel bearing and bushing. I exchanged it and the second lawnmower was missing a rear wheel drive gear. Poor quality control. I suggest trying a different brand.

Very bad quality control.
I have not used the mower for long, but when i received it , the rear wheel bearing and bushing were missing. I exchanged it the next day and the second mower had lost its rear wheel drive gear. Because I live far from the store, I repaired it myself. Who knows what other parts are missing or poorly installed.

Poor assembly quality control.
The first one I bought had a rear wheel bearing and bushing missing. I replaced the mower the next day. The second one had the rear wheel drive gear off the drive shaft. This caused some damage from rattling around in the wheel.. I repaired it and it seems to work for now.
If you buy this mower, I recommend removing the wheels before running this mower. Inspect everything you can. (Or consider another brand}

Fonctionne très bien
Je l'ai acheté au début de l'été. Très satisfait du fait quelle soit 4 roues motrices. Le démarrage après un coup de crinque est aussi génial. Le seul point négatif qui fait qu'elle mérite 4 étoiles est son poids. En général, je suis très satisfait de mon achat!

Nice engine
This mower has a lot of plastic which is hard to not run into these days. The first time used the bag for ten minutes and removed it. After first time used the spring on bag flap came apart and the holding pin came out. I put it back in place but every time it is used this happens again. This mower came bad out of the box and is in shop waiting to see if company going to pay for fix. It is only two weeks old so beware this is an ongoing issue. The rear wheel adjustment knob could be flatter as it does catch on things. I can't say enough about the great engine an it's power.

Four wheel drive? No sir.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Loved the idea of this mower. However, after setting it all up I immediately noticed the front wheel drive didn’t work. Rear wheel works great for now. Next step, I guess I’ll reach out to Cub Cadet and see what they advise at this point.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The plastic box that is holding the fwd and rwd throttles broke after one use.the piece is back order for weeks. The only reason i give a one star is because its a honda engine
