This Cub Cadet CC 30 mini riding lawn mower features a 10.5 HP/344 cc Briggs & Stratton engine that delivers high-performance power to tackle your yardwork. It comes with a 3-Year Limited residential warranty. The mower's 6-speed transmission allows you to change speeds without stopping, and its step-thru frame design provides easier on and off access by providing more leg room. This model is ideal size for smaller or gated yards and will fit through most gates with the 30-in cutting deck. Finally, a telescoping steering wheel accommodates operators of any size.

can someone explain/expand on Mulching Capable included? Do I assume this means the unit comes with a mulching type blade? Also any issues with changing engine oil? thanks...

Great Machine
I have had this machine for a few years now, it's a great machine. The only downside side is that when the battery needs to be removed for winter, it is very hard to get it out. Also if you have to give it a battery boost, which I use the NOCO BATTERY CHARGER, IT IS HARD TO CONNECT TOO.

Our son recommended this mower - he is happy with his and it will fit inside our garden shed.
The included instructions are really good about letting you know which tools you’ll need to finish the assembly.
It mows both moving forward and in reverse.
Mower turns well and has a nice level cut.
So far we are happy with this choice.

Very disappointed with the product
Bought last year around this time. Had an issue with starting the mower. The battery was being drained when not in use. Dropped it to be serviced under warranty. When the mower was returned the problem still existed. A whole cutting season was lost due to mower not starting (even after trying to trickle charge the battery). Serviced again at the end of March 2024 delivered back to us in April. Went to use it last week and it wouldn't start battery is stll being drained when not in use. So now it's back in the shop. Right now it's nothing more than an expensive paper weight.

Starting issues
When tractor was received battery was dead. Got it charged and used the tractor. Next time I went to use the tractor it didn’t start.

Best turning radius for a non-zero type
Used it 3 times and just completed its break in oil change. I was pleasantly surprised at its climbing ability on one part of my property, performs beyond its rating. Great work saver, love the open front view and tight turning at 16 inch radius. Only negative was Barrie Rona tried to stick me with a mower that had a broken seat bracket, which I spotted upon loading. They replaced it with a complete new mower.
