CRAFTSMAN V20 cordless 10-in chainsaw kit features a reliable motor and is equipped with a 2.0 Ah battery allowing you to take on the tasks at hand. This chainsaw is also auto-oiling for minimal maintenance. Once the task is complete, conveniently store using the integrated VERSATRACK hook with the VERSATRACK system (sold separately). The V20 battery platform is compatible with CRAFTSMAN V20 Outdoor Equipment and Power Tools.

20 volt Craftsman 10 inch Chainsaw
Very impressed! Light weight, easy to carry up in a tree, all you need is bar-chain oil and your ready to go! Using a 4 amp battery, my first "big" use was for dead limb pruning. I had extra batteries with me, but didn't need them. After I cut them down, I cut them up into small burning logs for a tiny chimney we have. After all that the battery was only down 1 out-of 3 power indicator lights and I used it again the next day, just kept going!

Saw needs part but Craftsman gives zero support
I need to replace a drive gear. Craftsman has no support at all for this saw. I guess they consider it a throw-away tool. Very unprofessional business plan in my book.

I am very happy with my the performance of the saw. Have had the cmccs610 for about 4 months used it a lot, but now the drive gear is us. the problem is i cannot find ant where to get a replacement gear. the saw i found to be great to use, but now where do you find replacement parts??

Decent little limb saw for little jobs
What can I say this is just an average chainsaw suited for very small diameter tree trunks and branches. I'd say its biggest hang up is the underpowered brushed motor. Once I figured out the proper tensioning adjustments, the tool did mostly what was asked of it. I found better performance switching out the factory chain that comes with it. I honestly think Craftsman made a mistake shipping its 60v line up over to Cub Cadet.

Terrible Experience!!!
Broke within 1 week, after 3 – 4 hours of use.
The middle screw which holds the chain cover came out. It is cold- welded into a plastic sloppily which seems very poor quality.
I am not able to find a service/manual or the replacement part of this.
It seems it will go to garbage after a few hours of use.

Nice little saw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do a lot of 4 wheeling and don't have a lot of room to carry things. I bought this saw for a gift for hubby and at first he laughed, by after trying it out he was very impressed. Now we don't have to worry about downed trees in the trails!

Perfect light duty chainsaw.
