Description
Use the CRAFTSMAN battery in place of a standard battery for superior performance. Made of high-quality energy cells, this battery is long lasting. The 3-LED indicator of the power tool battery shows the level of charge remaining. With no memory and self-discharge, the battery ensures more production and less downtime. The Lithium-Ion 20-volt battery has a half-hour charging time.

Craftsmen hedge trimmer
I was about to write to craftsmen because battery just kept flashing but at the 5th hour it finally went solid. This was right of the box. It seems to do a good job but it is quite heavy. I don't know if my charger will take that long after this first use. Hope not

Stay away from this product.
The battery seems to run my trimmer for a maximum of 30 minutes. Very frustrating. Can't trim my yard and I only have a moderate size yard and not dense grass or weeds. then it takes many hours to recharge! at least 4! This is a very poor product and would be good as a trimmer for a yard in a balcony

Poor battery run time.
The battery charge does not last no more 30min run time in my weed eater and back to the charging port for one hour. A usual one hour job is now taking 4 hours to complete.

The battery you bought with your cordless tool
The battery Craftsman sell is undersized. When you go to support, they tell you to buy the bigger battery. So they sell you a cmbc 202 but you need a cmbc 204.

Battery Run Time is Unaceptable!
The run time on the 2 AH battery on my new Craftsman 20Volt-MAX Leaf Blower is HORRIBLE. Less than 5 minutes. Not even enough time to blow off my back patio. I've used Craftsman products my entire life and the quality has always been first rate. This is extremely disappointing!

Zero Battery Life
Great deal, if you need to weed eat or blow one square inch. Yes I said, inch. The battery starts to overheat about three mins into usage and I wish I had read all these reviews before I bought CRAFTSMAN product. It’ll be the last time I trust a brand, always read the reviews.

20V 2.0 Craftsman lithium battery
Wish I would have researched more and/or read these reviews. Quite disappointed in the length of time that this battery stays charged. Definitely can not weedeat and blow the grass in the 5 minutes that this battery stays charged. And I have a fairly small yard. Was considering purchasing a 2nd battery to be able to do my job in 1 evening but even the 10 min that the 2 might last won't be sufficient. Love the light weight of both but would not purchase again.

Low run time-not worth the buy
My dad and grandfather have trusted craftsman for years so why shouldn’t I, right? I purchased the combo weed eater / bower and separate 20” hedge trimmer to update some outdated black and decker ones I’ve had for 10 years. I get them home put them together and charge the batteries (which I had to leave on all night because after 3 hours they still were not fully charged. The next day I was ready for yard work exciting to use my new tools! No! The 2.0 battery lasted a total of maybe 5 minutes max on the low setting in the blower and the 1.5 battery lasted about the same in the hedge trimmer. Both these batteries came with the tools. Mind you my 10 year old black and decker batteries still last almost an hour and a half. I am highly disappointed in these products and this brand. It’s not what my dad and grandfather spoke of.
