Flimsy
Bought today. First drive with the #8 countersink, and it sheared right off in 3/4” plywood. The set screws are also so low profile that a three quarter turn completely removes them- if that happens when you’re not expecting that good luck finding that set screw.

Awesome Countersink Kit!!!
I've been using it for 6 months building in the house anything from pine frames to baltic pirch ply construciton 1/4-1". You can sink a screw/drive a pilot hole in one and this makes building super fast and easy (no more cracked lumber) or make pocket holes. For pocket holes I drive 1-3mm of a hole to have an anchor point for the drill bit, then angle it 30-45 depending on the situation and I drill away, coming out once in a while to take the debris out. Using a low speed actually works somewhat better for the counter-sink bit at times because it gives it a chance to bite, vs sliding at high speed.
If the locking mechanism for the main bit seems to not lock in, then slide the handle up (unlocked) and rotate it; dust, tiny wood chips can prevent it from locking. So lift it up and roate, this should clear the are; blow inside too, the mechanism should clear up and work again.
This kit is by far one of those great investments. I use it all the time now given the benefits of the countersink. For 20 bucks, try it out asap, you won't be disappointing. I can't recommend this enough.
One more thing: I broke the medium drills eventually but I really dug in with my hand held pocket holes so I put a lot of strain on them. At any store there are 2 bit sets of 7/64 from Bosch or somebody for sure (I found Bosch Titanium today) - so you can always replace the drill bits in the future. The ones in the kit seem to work great - so they're good average bits in my opinion.

Good quality and bad design
The quality of the countersink drill is good. And I like there are extra drills as a backup. BUT there are two designs make it less valuable: 1. the countersink drill cannot be installed directly on the impact driver. Even it has a 1/4" shank, but the regular drill length is too long for the driver. The competitor's design is to use a shorter drill and make it perfect. 2. Once the drill/drive bit holder is installed on a drill, it wobbles and add extra, unnecessary weight to the drill.
Overall, if the drill bit is shorter and get rid of the holder, that would be wonderful.
Anyway, I like they come with a box, which is a good organizer to me.
