Useful and innovative knife
I really like mine. I work construction and had gone without a hook blade because I didn’t like carrying two knives. We have to remove material packaging a lot and make cuts for demolition so this knife sees a lot of use. I’ve had it for about a month and it has relegated all of my other knives to backup duty.

Dual junk
I bought this over the summer for work. I am handyman/remodeling homes. Well the guts to slide back an forth quit working had to hold down one side to use it. Very disappointing to say the least

The worst
I have spent 30 min plus watching YouTube on how to work the blade. The arched blade does not go all the way down. The hook part of blade does not retract all the way down. So the hook can easily cut things without you even knowing. Unsafe, insecure. Disappointed

Best utility knife out there
Bought this dual knife a year ago. It’s one of the best things ever. The fact that you can change the type of blade you’re using in an instant is awesome. Along with a storage compartment for extra blades works perfect. Not sure why it’s getting negative reviews. Customers must not have experience or they probably bought a broken one. I use it everyday for work and it’s still perfect. (Great for electricians btw. Helps with stripping wire). Plus it’s not bulky like most other knives that have storage compartments. It’s slim and fits perfect into your tool bag etc.

Sucks, no instructions how to replace blades, ended up taking it apart now having a hell of a time putting it back together. no documentation

Overly complex box cutter
Installing the blade was impossible on either side. The blade would never catch to become stable and firmly installed. I don’t know if this one was defective, or if this is just a design defect. AND, the packaging was almost impossible to remove. Very poor instructions included. Had to go online to get instructions.

Satans utility knife
Once you get over the fact that there are no instructions and then it’s very eclectic in design you can have fun using it as a puzzle to try and figure out how to load it with blades. The red handle is cool like a Ferrari. And like Ferraris it’s finicky,eclectic, and different. So get out a star driver to disassemble it.(Let me be the first to say you’ll need one. Craftsman won’t tell you and you won’t find it anywhere in their help). You do have to take it apart in order to load it the first time. After that you’ll be able to quick change the blades. And then you can enjoy the satisfaction that you conquered this cranky beast
