Battery useless.
I bought this and the battery would not charge. Rona gladly replaced with another hedge trimmer and again the second one would not charge. I brought it back and Rona refunded my money no problem. This is obviously a manufacturing problem so i cannot recommend buying this product.

Tough Machine to trim golden dewdrop hedges
When the Texas Freeze of 2021 came around, the dewdrop hedge had frozen and died. They were already seven feet tall. However, they started to regrow into small shrubs and I let them grow as tall as they could until now. They are now needing to be trimmed. The V20 cordless hedge trimmer slices through the heavier barks to get them in line while the Craftsman hand trimmer handles the bottoms to make them grow into trees. Together they make a great team to keep the hedge in check. They are the pride and joy of the yard, all 27 of them.

Fantastic Trimmer
Needed something to get rid of over hanging bushes around my house. Had a set of manual hedge trimmers but it was taking a toll on my body to use them all around the house. Decided to pick this up and what a difference it makes. Battery lasts a good amount of time and this cuts through bushes and small limbs like nothing. I couldn't recommend this enough.

Great trimmer - lots of power.
This is a great trimmer. Well balanced and feels quite durable and beefy. It’s a little heavier than my old C3 trimmer, but this one feels much better built. Blades are sharp and operate smoothly. Not sure about battery life on it yet, but will try to cut all my hedges on a 2ah battery to see how long it lasts. Would have made more sense had this come with a 4ah battery or if it could be purchased with no battery at all. As the yard tools all come with batteries and chargers, I’ll have quite a collection of chargers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used trimmer twice each time for over an hour until noticeable slowing due to battery capacity. Have already purchased a backup 4 Ah. I have'nt found saw feature to be of much use. So far good results as long as trimmer is not pushed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to handle. Great that it's cordless. Runs for a really long time. Purchased one many years ago and blade stopped working. Craftsman Warranty replaced right away. Will always buy Craftsman for quality and warranty.
