Won’t even turn on
I’m just confused, it won’t turn on. Everything is clipped in to place, I’ve switched power cords and outlets, I’ve used it once about a month back I had the same issue then but it somehow kicked on, but I couldn’t use it as it kept clogging every few minutes. Very disappointed and stuck with it since it’s past the return date.

Stopped working!
Bought last year, this year during my second fall day it just died. I thought it was the cord. Cleaning out the garage now so tried it again to store. It does not work.

Electrical shocking
12 amp corded blower mulcher vacuum started shocking me when I use it. I switched outlets and power cords. Testing all the outlets and cords as well. I would.like to speak to someone about at least replacing the unit.

Poor quality
The bag ripped around the hose after a couple hours of use. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no replacement to be found. The mulcher itself is seriously lacking in quality. The plastic mulching blade is a joke and the suction is lackluster at best.

Unreliable
Hose ripped after 3 uses and I’m not able to find where to purchase a new one without buying the whole set. Difficult to believe that a company like this doesn’t have a way to purchase replacement parts.

Good unit/bag needs work
Bought this September 23, 2023. It’s now November 25, 2023 so less than two months and the bag is already ripped - the stitching has come apart its not torn, Obviously, the stitching needs to be a little more durable specially when this is a backpack unit
