One word - GARBAGE!
Being an old guy (70) I bought this hose because (a) it was made of rubber (shouldn't kink) and (2) I trusted the brand - guess I was wrong. I just installed it on my hose reel (temperature was well above freezing). Used it once, emptied the hose and reeled it back up. Went to use it a week later and discovered that draining the hose lets it stretch because the rubber is too thin and it develops kinks about every five feet as you reel it back in on to the hose reel. Water couldn't flow throw it. Had to wait until the hose relaxed and unkinked. Now I have to leave it full of water each time I go to wind it back onto the hose reel and leave it full until I need to use it. I will never buy this product again - better to make your own using commercial grade rubber hosing.

Je croyais que finalement je m'étais acheté un boyau de qualité......mais non. L'embout mâle a déconnecter après seulement 1 semaine. Je l'ai remplacé mais j'ai dû le refaire plusieurs fois car le boyau boursoufle à la pression près de l'embout. Après moins d'un an, maintenant une fuite s'est créée en plein milieu de la longueur du boyau...poubelle!

excellent hose
I have had this hose for two years. No problems like others talk about. It is actually the best hose we have ever owned as it doesn't kink, and is still soft and rolls up easily after two years.

Assumed it would be good
Bought two of these for my yard, one end came off within a week. Got it replaced on warranty very easy. Month later the second one blew out at the fittings. Repaired it myself . Two weeks later the new one replaced by warrant did the same. Couplings are just gardens. Threw them out!

Broken in 3 days
I bought this and hooked it up. After using it only 3 times the Nozzle end came apart and I could not longer put it back in. I unfortunately threw out the receipt and wish I hadn't, this needs to be returned and refunded...a waste of money. I think I will try to return anyway and hope Rona honor it.

Lifespan measured in hours.
As soon as I unpacked this I noticed the nozzle was broken. I had others so I ignored it. The first time I turned the water on the end of the hose blew off in pieces. I returned it and stupidly exchanged it for another one. After one week of limited use it ruptured in the middle and blew apart again. Considering the numbe of reviews that experienced the same problem I can't
believe this is still on the shelves. Instead of offering customer service and warranties the retailers to should put pressure on the manufacturers to stop producing such poor quality product. I see Rona has reduced the price so it is now a $48 piece of junk instead of a $60 one.
