If it had been my first, it would’ve been my last
If this had been my first craftsman tool of this line, I would never have bought another The only good thing I can say about this washer is that it uses less water than the hose I have several other craftsman V20 tools And I have no complaints. This one is a colossal waste of money.

Low pressure
I got this unit for a father's day gift and used it for the first time. Couldn't get the hose connector/filter (clear plastic piece) to stop leaking, got more water on me than the car. Pressure isn't the greatest but it's only 20v. Battery life was short, about 15 mins. Might be OK to wash some dirt off vinyl siding but not for mud off the car. Do your research on what your buying

This is beyond frustrating
Purchased this product on a cross country RV trip and can’t get it to more than dribble water. The instructions are terribly written and using the help chat, it provides zero help or support and there is no phone number to call. I wish I never would have purchased this.

Doesn't pull water at all. Constantly starts and stops with pressure and air and only pulls water if I push the siphon hose harder into the quick connect. Garbage engineering.

Performs as I expected
If you purchase this product and expect it to be as powerful as a gasoline powered power washer well then you will be disappointed and you are the problem that the product is dissatisfactory. The product is light, maneuverable and easy to use. I would be very cautious to be mindful of where the hose connects to the tool because the quick connect / filter assembly is made out of plastic so if it becomes bound the quick connect / filter assembly will crack. Just used it to wash my driveway ( which is small ) and my sidewalks. The tool did a very good job. Washed a small portion of my house siding, did a good job as well. It was not designed as a commercial grade power washer - nor will it be able to do very large jobs ( houses, driveways, garages etc. ) If you understand the limitations in which the tool was designed and use it it that manner you will be as satisfied as I am.

works good for the value
just purchased this washer to tackle small cleaning jobs, works good for the value and universal battery between my other tools helps, but the trigger lock could do without! other than that like to get a battery that can last longer but for now i'll make do

Well Built Pressure Washer
I bought this for remote work where my truck gets dirty and I have no electricity. The tool is self is well built, the instruction manual could be improved. it just shows all the hard to read sketches -no words. Would be nice to have a shorter suction hose that just goes to a pail or bottle and keep the long one only if you are using a lake or river. Could not get it to spray at first so I ran the garden hose through it then went back to the pail and it started working. Think it will work for me but definitely want to shorten the suction hose if I can.
