Can't get it back together
Comes without a blade installed. If I would have known that, I would have stopped right there. Once it arrived and I could hear the blades rattling in the handle, we took the handle apart with a screwdriver. Never could get the blade installed or get the knife back together. Pathetic tiny pictures instead of useful instructions. Save yourself! Do not buy this!!

Impossible to open to put blade in !!
I just bought this two pack to replace some older utility knives. I destroyed the head of the screw on the first one trying to undo it! After reading other reviews, I am guessing that I got a batch where the paint was not dry before the screws were inserted. I expected better quality control from Craftsman.
