"Customer Service?" from

Purchased this Craftsman blower for my wife for a Christmas present. Unfortunately I live in Canada where it snows in the winter, therefore was unable to use it until 2 weeks after the 90 day warranty was up. It ran for 5 or 6 minutes then the battery died. Completely unacceptable! I returned it to Rona 104 days after purchasing and was told "NO! You're outside the 90 day warranty. That's policy." They handed me a 1-800 number to call which has the most ridiculous phone prompting process ever. When I finally reached a person they told me the same. This product is clearly a 6 minute toy as you can see from EVERY review and clearly Rona and Craftsman do not stand behind their products.

Poor battery life
I just bought my first battery powered blower and i have to say i am absolutely dissapointed. The battery does not even last 10 mins. Id say between 5-7 mins max. Worst purchase ever.

Short battery life
The blower works great, but 15 min a of battery life doesn’t get the job done. I took the first one back because the battery only lasted 15min and exchanged it for another, but the second one lasted like the first. We really wanted something handy to blow off our deck, sidewalks, and driveway but we can’t get it all done before the battery dies. The battery charges in an hour, but by then we are on to other things.

Mistake
Air flow is good for a battery or electric blower. Battery lasts 7Min 14 sec on high, so it wont complete any job. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing

Small average blower for small, I mean small, jobs
Got this as part of a combo kit with a string trimmer. Point blank, this thing is weak for big yards. decent for blowing out garages. I know every line needs an entry level model, but come on.

Not a fair review but…
Bought this blower today, and it’s actually is amazing! Does the job, lightweight, but the problem is the battery. The battery that comes with it didn’t even last 5 minutes for me, after it had been charging for 6 hours! I couldn’t believe it when it die, and just really frustrated me since I’m trying to get things done! So if your looking for a good leaf blower this is it but the battery is what makes it horrible and is the reason I gave it a three star review!
