Good Saw not Great
The saw has some flex and allows the blade to wander from the cut line indicator on the shoe. This flex also makes it hard to have a straight smooth cut specifically when holding the shoe against a straight edge. I wish Craftsman had a 6.5 in saw that had an aluminum shoe and a more stable connectection between the motor and the shoe to reduce this flex, even at a higher price point.

Great little saw...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like is that it's lightweight, small enough for most jobs, can cut through 4x4s and no cords to deal with. The drawback is that it comes with a small battery, so get a bigger battery for longer use. And that the blade is not available at the big box stores, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Suprising, smaller saw that is easy to use safely
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for a specific job: trimming a wooden fence on a slope. Difficult for a standard size, corded saw. This saw does have a smaller blade, but more than enough power to easily complete the job, many times where I was using it one-handed. Great handling, great power for the size, no problem to cut through over 5" of stock.
