no product manual
Seems to be a sturdy product however it came without a product manual and parts and the website says that its not available. I requested parts and the manual from the manufacturer but they only sent the parts. Im not that handy with putting things together but with instructions, i could do it. Its totally unuseable at this point.

Poor quality control
I received this trailer and it had damage. I had to straighten out several parts and in addition, there were dents in some of the steel.
