The 3-button remote control allows you to easily program up to three garage doors and boasts a frequency range of up to 1,500-ft. Bought this 2 weeks ago, nothing but trouble with it. Works when it wants too! goes up and down okay for couple days then when closing goes part way down then back up again, sometimes doesn't go up. Springs are correct, door goes up and down freely when disconnected from opener. I have had Mastercraft openers in the past with no issues, very disappointed with this one. There is no down or up force adjustment on this unit, I will try and return it.

I bought unit, but had to buy $160.00 extension kit for 8 ft. Door.
Having issues hooking up WiFi and setting up IPhone operation mode.Even after contacting customer service & online chat of 1hr.

Needed a replacement
We purchased a new unit as our previous Craftsman garage opener was malfunctioning. It was 11 years old!!
The new one is not as noisy (belt vs chain). Could have option to be connected to WiFi ( ours is not connected). Rona installers were efficient and professional. Thus far unit is working great!
