Small pieces and building material
Cowboy Brand lump charcoal contained a high quantity of small pieces, more than usual. Although it burned ok, my main concern was finding building material such as tongue & groove pieces of wood. Hopefully they were bare wood, and not treated or varnished prior.

Best charcoal at this price!
If you like oak and hickory this is the best lump charcoal at this price point. There are better ones out there but cost more. If I'm wrong, lmk of an alternative as I would love to try it.

Morceaux beaucoup trop petits
J’ai acheté ce produit car il n’y avait pas de Maple Leaf en inventaire. Plus jamais . Les morceaux de charbon sont minuscules, ils passent à travers la grille. Ils brulent très vite, je dois ajouter du charbon à mi-cuisson.

Great charcoal. Awesome tasting bbq.
I’ve been trying a bunch of different charcoals. Pieces are a good size larger then most others. Doesn’t leave a bitter charcoal taste or over powering charcoal taste. It’s my favourite charcoal to use for ribs’ pulled pork and brisket. I have a Masterbuilt 560 gravity fed. A full tower lasts about 4 hours @300f at -20c. During the summer a full tower @250f last about 7 hours.

Très belle odeur au nez lorsqu'il brûle, mais les morceaux sont beaucoup trop petit et on doit ajouter du charbon tout les 15- 20 minute pour garder la température stable.
