Really impressive
I installed this range hood yesterday and today, while cooking bacon, you can really get a good visual on how it draws out the steam/fat. Even on low, it pulls very well. Impressed with the quality of workmanship - this is a heavy-duty unit. Heed the warning when the instructions suggest getting help for the install. It is a heavy brut and you won't be able to hike this into place and screw it in to the wall all by yourself. I would definitely buy this unit again if I had to.

Good price and solid feel
We have to give up our Ventahood exhaust which we loved so much once one of the motor started rattling after a minute or two (part not available in Canada). After much research, settled for this one. Pretty powerful (very heavy too). Like the timer and remote features.
The lights are not bright enough of spread well on the stove. Replaced them with more powerful ones from Costco. There is a design flaw where there is no mechanism in place to ensure the flaps do not fall on the other side. I had to put in a small wire to fix it (see the pictures and video). Overall, happy with it.
