Designed and recommended to fill with 15L of water to add the additional weight equal to four pavers/stones creating a sturdy supportive base for your umbrella.

The base is made is solids plastic. That holds water and secures the umbrella firmly.

Umbrella base weights
Very happy, easy to use and they work. The wind had toppled our umbrella a few times despite being weighted down with bricks. Everything is now much more secure with these base weights.

Not sufficient ofr PPU-5xx-U umbrellas
Despite what it says on this page, these weights are NOT sufficient to safely secure large umbrellas.
Even in moderate wind the umbrella bounced around an inch off the patio and the result can be seen in the attached image.
Attempts and getting support directly from Corliving were ignored. Use their products at your own risk (and I do mean risk)
