Good value for the price.
This is a good umbrella for the price. It moves a bit more that I would like because it only has one support at the top. I added a bungie cord underneath to secure it a bit more. It is on our third floor patio, so can be a bit breezy even on calm days.

Cobalt Umbrella
Love the umbrella - it does move slightly left to right even in the special wheeled base. Not sure why - overall quality is very good. Should have purchased the the bigger size - 11' - didn't think we needed it !

Base is poorly designed. Umbrella does not move
The colour is lovely and the shade is good. I was hoping the umbrella would rotate and was disappointed that it didn’t (I see now that was not listed as a feature).
The biggest issue is that the washers they provide to hold the bolts in place on the legs of the stand are very small and flimsy. We had two buckle on the second day of use. My husband replaced them with stronger washers, but this is a safety issue. The design seems to not be well thought out on the stand. It would probably be better to have the cross bars screwed together from underneath, or to provide a stronger washer.
