batteries are totally crap
battery will not charge after nine months of light use. the battery for the b&d string trimmer that i bought at the same time also has stopped beingable to be charged. either b&d qualitty control is non-existent, or they are intentionally making totally crappy batteries. either way, avoid!

What a disappointment! 😔
I've had the LSW 221 model for 6½ years. Still works excellently! However, the newer LSW 321 model can't even compare to the previous model. Even with the Power Boost enabled, it still isn't half the blowing power of the model from years ago. Very disappointed!

Nice and light
I bought this leaf blower a month ago so haven’t used it a lot, but I like what I see so far. It is light and easy to manage, and does a good job of clearing away grass and dirt from the deck and sidewalk. I bought it because I have other Black and Decker products with a 20V battery, so I can switch out the battery if needed. It will be interesting to see how it performs in the fall with lots of leaves to clear - not sure if it will have the power necessary for that. For small jobs around the yard, the lightness and portability make it a good product.

Good product, but battery doesn't last for long
It was a gift and lasted for one year. I then had to order and purchase a replacement battery, month after that, now it looks like the charger is not working.

Product Does Not Come with a Battery Charger
This product does not come with a battery charger! Without the charger, the product is useless. The packaging should make it very clear that "Battery Charger is NOT included." Especially if you are going to give this as a gift.

Good blower, battery can be improved
I like the blower, but the battery strength is disappointing and seems to worsen after each use during the first few months of use. I will last approximately 15 minutes of continuous use.

It was included with the 20V string trimmer!!!
Purchased the 20V combo with the string trimmer, but the 1.5mAh battery does need another battery soon. It did include a charger!!!

So convenient
Me and my wife will never use a broom outside again. Takes a 1/10th of the time to sweep the carport and back porch. Very lightweight. Were very impressed.
