Hi! We already have 2 of those and love them. We would need 2 extra but the length is not Perfect. Can these be cut or adjusted? We have a 119" spot and the length is 120"

Good product, lousy service.
The blinds work great but having my contractor pick them up was a nightmare. I placed the order online and indicated that a third party (my handyman) would pick them up. The blinds were 10 ft long and wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. According to your online order form, a person named in my order, with identification could receive the order. When he arrived at your customer service counter, he was told he couldn’t receive them and I had to be there personally with my ID and credit card. This resulted in two trips to Rona, South Edmonton Common, for both of us and a delay in completing the project.
