Pratique et esthétique
Facile à installer avec les vis type TAPCON à ciment fournies. Outil requis: perceuse à percussion, mèche à ciment 1/8" et une clé à choc.

Does the job.
Unlike the name suggests, it is NOT made out of steel (just the hinge is steel). It is plastic and although there is a picture of a high BMI person standing on it, consider that this is supposed to be used to reduce the risk of injury due to a fall into a window well. It otherwise install quickly and I was impressed that it includes 2 concrete screws (you'll need to pre drill holes into the side of your home so a drill is needed). We'll see how it stands up to our Canadian winters but am happy with the product and the finished look. Comes in a few standard sizes.
