Poorly made handrail bracket
The builder had these brackets installed to the handrail. About a month after we moved in, one broke off and now a year later another. They just snap right off at one of the extremities.. not sure which as the middle section just falls off. Our basement is not finished and we don't really go
down that much ... there is really no reason for this to occur. Don't recommend these brackets !!!

Don’t waste your money if you have kids.
Bought in the last year or so. Both brackets at bent and one snapped. They don’t hold up to kids at all.

Screw stripped on first try
Poor quality materials. Stripped screw on first install, noticed that the plastic chuck on my drill had rubbed away some of the metal arm during extraction.
