Broke inside my wall
I followed the instructions carefully, using a screwdriver to install it in a plaster wall. The metal snapped before I was done putting in the screw, one part just fell down inside the wall. Very disappointing, and pretty dangerous if you were to suspend a mirror with this as I was planning too!

Poorly functioning
I had a professional installing, there was a gap between the hook and the drywall, the mirror which i was trying to hang had a loop that was slightly larger in circumference than what would fit on the hook, so after putting a large hole in the wall, it did not work. Very expensive for an item that would not work, and I feel had limitations for hanging.
