What is the cut out size?
The unit comes with a cut out sheet with dotted lines and the measurements cut out is 20 in x 16-1/4 in (LxW). Hope this is helpful.

Great Sink to replace the Builder Original
Great sink, good size to replace the builder oval original.
1) Installed with new faucet: was chaging out the faucet that can use just a single hole, instead of using the supplied plate to cover the remaining two holes decided to replace the entire sink so I can make use of the single hole faucet. Furthermore, the new faucet is taller with a longer spout compared to the builder original so the water would have landed well pass the drain and onto the front side of the old sink, this bigger sink works perfectly with the new faucet.
2) There are four versions of this sink: this sink comes in 3 different sizes (17.75", 19.75" and 21.63"), the biggest 21.63" is also available with two different faucet hole configurations (1 hole (MFR#: 1187-WH-1) or 3 holes, widespread (MFR#: 1187-WH-8). Check your sizing and hole configuration before ordering. Seeing one of the reviews, I'm not sure if there was some confusion with ordering (at the time of this review Feb 2022, the photos shown on Lowe's website for both 1 & 3 hole configurations show a single faucet hole sink, you will need to go down to the Specifications to see the difference in 'Faucet Hole Spacing'.
3) Colour: this is a white sink, sort of. If you walk into the paint section of any hardware store and tell them you need a can of white paint to match the existing white paint in your house, you will be laughed out of the store as there are endless shades of 'white'. Sinks are no different. I am installing this on a 'Sandstone' colour countertop so the 'whiteness' of the sink doesn't matter. Having installed it, I wouldn't be able to tell you if this one is more or less white then the original builder 'white' sink I've been using for the last 10 years unless I put them side by side. So if you are going to use this 'white' sink on a 'white' countertop, be warned, you are doing it at your own risk. My suggestion would be to take a sample of the countertop to the store to compare the colour before you buy if possible (like using the side/back splash or the sink hole cut out).
4) Packaging: this sink was sent from BC to ON (Canada) and it was very well packaged. They have the sink in a small box (what you would expect to pick up from a hardware store), then the small sink box is packaged within a much larger box with several inches of packing foam on all sizes. The sink got to me quickly with no issues or damages at all.
I normally don't bother posting reviews, let alone going into this much details. But some of the existing reviews had me concerned and I ended up spending a lot of time reseaching this before buying so figured I might as well do a detailed write up to help someone else.
I like this sink so much I just ordered another one to replace the original sink in another bathroom in the house.

Cheviot Manhattan white sink
Ordered online and it stated it had one hole for the taps - sink came with 3 so we cannot use it with the tap we purchased. Box had been opened so probably shipped the wrong item
