Une fausse bonne idée
Dans les arguments de vente, il est dit que le BBQ a une fonctionnalité exceptionnelle qui fait en sorte qu'il ne produit jamais de flammes indésirables comme quand on fait cuire une viande grasse. C'est vrai, mais en échange il produit une quantité suffoquante de fumée. Pour éviter la fumée abondante il faut nettoyer les 3 plaques de diffusion de chaleur qui se trouvent sous la grille avant chaque cuisson. Beaucoup de travail pour des burgers. Donc l'absence de flamme est une fausse bonne idée.

Best BBQ's around
Tru-Infrared is the only way to go. I have been using the Charbroil Tru-Infrared BBQ's for many years. It is the only bbq I will ever purchase. My previous one was left out uncovered all winter and we replaced the grills once in it and now its just tired and who are we kidding.... I just wanted a new one. I have promised myself to take better care of it and keep it covered so I get even more enjoyment out of it.
The old one smoked A LOT as lots of people say, this one however has not yet. That was my only pet peeve about the last one.
