This opener is compatible to use with smartphones, Wi-Fi and wireless keypads. The chamberlain Wi-Fi garage door opener requires two bulbs of 100 watts to provide safe movement around the garage. This opener comes with 10 years of limited warranty.

I bought this to replace a very old one that was in my garage. As I had never purchased one before I did not know that I required an extension. Once I purchased that it was good to go.
