Description

Reinforce your structure's fire safety features with CertainTeed Type X gypsum board. Its flame-resistive core helps decrease the chance of fire in homes and commercial buildings. Sound-dampening capabilities also minimize noise. The interior is highly durable and resists cracking or crumbling. This moisture-resistant drywall helps prevents mould and mildew growth for long-lasting quality. With a smooth surface and uniform edges, it's ready for painting, wallpapering or finishing. Bevelled edges produce a tight, even joint when taped and compounded. GREENGUARD-certified, it's free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and leaves indoor air clean. Its versatility allows for installation in interior ceilings and walls of old and new construction. This fire-resistant drywall measures 10 ft L x 4 ft W x 5/8 in thick and comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
