Description
Adorn your interiors with CertainTeed mineral fibre ceiling tiles. They feature a stylish, random fissured design that brightens interiors, while adding an attractive look. Avalon Fire panels are long-lasting, thanks to their high resistance to impacts and scratches. These tiles have acoustic properties; they absorb up to 55% of sound in the room to improve privacy. They also block significant amounts of sound from adjacent rooms to create a comfortable environment for working or relaxing.
- 2-ft x 4-ft x 5/8-in Avalon Fire Resistant (FR) ceiling tile panel (8 pieces per pack-64 square feet per pack)
- Avalon FR has been tested and specified in UL tested fire rated assemblies
- Clean random fissured pattern with square flat edge design
- Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) 0.55 (55% sound absorption) and Ceiling Attenuation Class (CAC) of 0.40 (reduces sound transmission into adjacent spaces by 40dB)
- Easy to cut and install with CertainTeed ceiling tile grids
- Easy to clean (wipe with a soft cloth or vacuum with brush attachment)
- High light reflectance (LR) of 0.83 (83% of light is reflected back into the room)
- Tested in accordance with CAN/ULC-S102 with a Flame Spread Index of 25 or less and Smoke Development Index of 50 or less
- Sag resistant and durable performance with 44% recycled content
